After sacking Tim Walter on the 12th February, Bild report that Hamburg are set to reveal Steffen Baumgart as his successor.
Steffen Baumgart will reportedly be given a contract until 2025 with the club.
Enduring a successful spell as coach at 1. FC Köln, Baumgart managed to reach the UEFA Conference League in his first season at the club.

Baumgart was last in the 2. Bundesliga as SC Paderborn coach during the 2018-19 season as he took them to the Bundesliga in their second successive promotion under their former head coach.
