Steffen Baumgart spoke to media today in a very short and sharp press conference following yet another loss in the Bundesliga.
This result put 1.FC Köln in 17th place in the new year following their last game before the winter break.
Baumgart also said: "We were the better side for long periods of the game. We had chances to open the scoring, but Union took theirs."
That was pretty much all that was said in the press conference with the main them for "Die Geißbocke" definitely being one of a strong regroup and rebuild for the new year.
The pressure is piling on the Köln manager as he will no doubt believe that, with the club being in the relegation zone, his job is in danger.
