Ahead of the clash with RC Lens in the Europa League, Freiburg coach Christian Streich said in a press conference that the only one chance for his side to win is to be at their maximum.

Ahead of Freiburg's Europa League second leg tie with RC Lens (currently 0-0 on aggregate), both Christian Streich and Vincenzo Grifo spoke to the media on Wednesday.

In terms of team news, Christian Streich mentioned that Matthias Ginter trained with the team this week and there is a chance he makes the bench for the game.

The thirty-year-old suffered from an achilles tendon irritation and therefore is unable to start.

Also, Christian Streich said: " RC Lens is a very strong team that has a lot of pace and has had a lot of success in the last few months."

In terms of Freiburg's chances, Streich said: "No matter whether someone starts or not, no matter what their name is - we need maximum focus. If we have the discipline on the pitch we have a chance."

Regarding the 3-3 draw last weekend against Eintracht Frankfurt, Vincenzo Grifo said: "Three goals are always good - but letting three in isn't so nice. Lens have good individual quality. But we were able to create our chances in the first leg, and we'll need that tomorrow too."

Grifo has scored four goals in the Europa League this season and is level on goals with players like Victor Boniface and Viktor Gyökeres in terms of this season's top scorers.

In the Bundesliga, the Italian midfielder scored five and produced seven assists and is the top contributor for die Breisgauer.
