Toni Kroos has official come out of international retirement to play under Julian Nagelsmann for Germany during the 2024 European Championships.

Germany play against France and the Netherlands in friendlies during March in which Kroos will be available for selection.

The thirty-four-year-old last played for Die Mannschaft during Euro 2020 and played his last ever game against England in the last-16 stage of that tournament.

According to the instagram post, Julian Nagelsmann contacted the Real Madrid midfielder and he believes that Kroos can help Germany to achieve success at the Euro 2024 tournament with the help of the DFB manager.

Toni Kroos joins players like Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz in a Germany midfield that will hope to bring back memories of Euro '96 where Germany won the title under Berti Vogts.
