1. FC Köln's head coach Timo Schultz said he was beyond disappointed after the difficult to take loss against Torsten Lieberknecht's Darmstadt side.

1. FC Köln lost 2-0 to Darmstadt through two second half goals through Christoph Klarer and Oscar Vilhelmsson.

This result means Darmstadt stay in the Bundesliga for one more week and 1. FC Köln fall into the abyss when thinking about survival.

Timo Schultz was pretty defensive after the loss, and was understandably not in a good mood. About this game, he stated that he was "completely disappointed with this result and the how we played."

This was the coach's second loss in a row following his first away defeat last weekend against Bayern. Next, when asked what happened to Faride Alidou and why he went off at half time, Schultz said: "Because he went off at half time."

With the topic switched, he added: "We still have four games and everything is still possible. We have to be better, we can play better. Then everything is possible in Mainz."

Lastly, he said: "We have too few phases in games, where we're dominant and create chance after chance. Now we need to have a "who gives a shit" menality."
