With the matchday 17 in the Bundesliga coming to an end, Futmo presents the best eleven from the set of games in the Bundesliga last weekend.
Futmo's Matchday 11 Team Of The Week
Goalkeeper: Kevin Trapp (Eintracht Frankfurt)
With a crucial win over RB Leipzig, Kevin Trapp managed to keep a well-earnt clean sheet despite Leipzig having twenty-one shots during the game including seven on target.
Defenders: William Pacho (Eintracht Frankfurt), Piero Hincapié (Bayer Leverkusen), Matthias Ginter (SC Freiburg)
With another brilliant defensive performance for Eintracht Frankfurt as a team, including William Pacho seems a certainty following such a solid performance.
Both Ginter and Hincapié were key in keeping narrow results for their sides with the latter ensuring Leverkusen were able to edge a close game against Augsburg.
Midfielders: Jamal Musiala (Bayern Munich), Julian Brandt (Borussia Dortmund), Exequiel Palacios (Bayer Leverkusen) and Jadon Sancho (Borussia Dortmund)
Jamal Musiala was excellent in Bayern's game as the opening fixture of the Bundesliga following the winter break. His German counterpart Julian Brandt was also influential in Dortmund's convinving victory against Darmstadt on Saturday evening.
Exequiel Palacios was instrumental in Leverkusen's result and with a last minute goal which keeps Leverkusen's four-point gap he is well deserving of a spot.
Lastly, Jadon Sancho (who came on in the 55th minute) had a dream return to Dortmund with an assist against Darmstadt in the 3-0 win.
Attackers: Robin Hack (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Davie Selke (1. FC Köln), Leroy Sané (Bayern Munich)
Not many people would have predicted VfB Stuttgart to lose against Borussia Mönchengladbach but throughout the game it was clear that Robin Hack was the reason why Mönchengladbach would go on to win as he netted two early on in the game to sink Stuttgart.
With two assists, Leroy Sané proved why he is back to his best this season and looks to be one of the key players for Germany in the run up to the Euros.
Lastly, Davie Selke returned to the scoresheet for 1. FC Köln at home against Heidenheim to put the Billy Goats one-nil up in the first half with a neat finish.
