Pep Guardiola has set out Joshua Kimmich as one of his targets for Manchester City. The Spaniard was the first to move the German into midfield during his time at Bayern.
Joshua Kimmich had expressed disatisfaction in Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel as a manger during the past few months, according to reports.
However, his change in position as of recently and the move into right-back may bring about new hope that the Bavarians can keep him.
It is reported that the player is interested in moving to England but will choose Manchester City as a destination, amid links to Liverpool.
Reports suggest a fee would be around €25 million, with the player heading into the last year of his contract past this season. At twenty-nine-years-old and already having experienced life as a player under Guardiola, Manchester City seems an obvious choice should Joshua Kimmich wish to leave Bayern.
