Multiple outlets are reporting that a return of Julian Nagelsmann to Bayern Munich is becoming ever more likely, after he finishes with Germany during Euro 2024.
Bayern Munich have had difficulties (for different reasons) in acquiring several of their candidates in the search for a replacement for coach Thomas Tuchel in the summer.
Some rumoured options have previously consisted of: Xabi Alonso (chose to stay at Bayer 04), Sebastian Hoeneß (staying at VfB Stuttgart), Roberto De Zerbi and Ralf Ragnick.
Now, they have put their focus on the one they had previously let go of (Julian Nagelsmann) in a rather humbling manner for the Bundesliga's record champions.
According to Sky Germany, advanced talks are now happening between the club and the manager and these have been mainly through his agency (Sports360).
With the Germany coach being in charge of Bayern Munich players like Jamal Musiala, Thomas Müller and Manuel Neuer amongst others for the national team, he seems like the perfect fit.
