Eintracht Frankfurt have officially announced the signing of Jean-Mattéo Bahoya from Angers SCO for €8.5 million initially.
Potential add-ons for the deal may total up to €4.5 million. He will wear the number nineteen shirt for the Eagles.
He has signed a five year contract until the summer of 2029 and is currently a French under-19 international.
So far, he has only made four appearances for the France under-19s.
Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Markus Krösche says: “Jean-Mattéo Bahoya is one of the most promising talents in France and fits our requirements ideally. With his speed and his ability to get to the goal, he will enrich our offensive game.”
