Germany will face France in the UEFA Women's Nations League in February with Die Nationalelf potentially facing Spain/Netherlands if they make it to the final.
The two teams that make it to the final of the Nations League will qualify for the Olympics.
The only exception to this is if France make it to the final in which case the third- placed team will qualify for the Olympics as France are the hosts in Paris 2024.
