The DFL have confirmed on Monday afternoon that the Bundesliga and 2.Bundesliga clubs have voted in favour for a 8% stake in investorship for the league.
24 clubs have voted for the investors with 10 clubs voting against and 2 not voting for either and abstaining.
The clubs who have voted for the investors include: Bayern Munich, RB Leipzig, VfL Wolfsburg, Borussia Mönchengladbach.
The clubs who have voted against include: SC Freiburg, 1.FC Köln and Fortuna Düsseldorf.
The DFL said in a statement: "The aim is for the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 to continue to be competitive in sporting and commercial terms, and remain financially stable while maintaining the balance between social integration and economic growth."
