In the press conference before the RB Leipzig game, 1. FC Köln coach Timo Schultz gave some updates on injuries within the squad.
Davie Selke originally got injured in the game against Heidenheim during Timo Schultz's first Bundesliga tie as manager of Köln.
However, last time out against Borussia Mönchengladbach, he came on late into the second half and appeared in his first game since January.
On the matter of Selke's fitness, Timo Schultz said: "Davie is fully integrated into the training regime. We're not talking about 90 minutes with Davie yet, I'll discuss with him whether it makes sense right from the start."
Schultz also gave updates on the fitness of Dejan Ljubicic and Maina when he said: "Unfortunately, Dejan Ljubicic and Linton Maina are both missing today due to illness. We'll have to see if they come back tomorrow."
Köln play RB Leipzig on Friday in the final tie before the international break. The preview for this game will be live on Futmo tomorrow.
