Nick Woltemade has announced that he will part ways with Werder Bremen in the summer, with clubs like VfB Stuttgart and Hoffenheim amongst others interested.

The Germany under-21 international player has twenty-three appearances for Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga this season and has cemented a position in the starting eleven over weeks of good performances recently.

However, he is still without a goal yet in the Bundesliga this campaign and is a very raw talent that a club needs to develop and nurture.

In spite of this, Woltemade clearly believes that he can further his career somewhere else in the summer, perhaps a team with European ambitions.
