According to reports, Fortuna Düsseldorf are nearing the loan signing of Joshua Quarshie from Hoffenheim until the summer.
Fortuna Düsseldorf have already made one winter signing so far however Fortuna are looking to make their second signing in Joshua Quarshie as a defensive piece of reinforcement.
The player has made eighteen appearances in the Regionaliga-Südwest TSG Hoffenheim II and has also scored one goal in this timespan.
He is yet to appear for the first-team but was promoted in the summer of 2023 and appeared on the bench earlier in the season vs VfL Wolfsburg.
Seeing as the player requires experience, Hoffenheim are only willing to let him go on loan as to not waste the use of his talents by selling him.
Quarshie has reportedly already said goodbye to his teammates but the further details around this deal such as fees and wages have not yet been publicized.
